Your mission:
- Analysis of investment opportunities as well as industries and markets.
- Active support of the investment team in the execution of live transactions.
- Preparation of presentations for the investment committee and external purposes.
- Participation and interaction in meetings with advisers and management teams.
Your profile:
- Completed a 2:1 bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) from a top-ranked university.
- Prior internship experience in private equity, investment banking or a related transaction-oriented field.
- Fluency in English (additional European language skills advantageous).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and the three financial statements.
- Demonstrated financial modelling and valuation experience.
- Excellent analytical, numerical and interpretative skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the internship.
