What will you be doing?
- Power Hour – a one-off, one‐hour session to provide tailored guidance to soon‐to‐be graduates
- Career Mentoring – a 4‐month mentoring relationship designed to support students with career readiness, running twice in the academic year
As a Mentor, you will support your mentee with their goals, which may include:
- Developing interpersonal and employability skills
- Supporting understanding of the link between academic studies and career aspirations
- Exploring career pathways and helping plan career goals
- Improving confidence and self‐esteem
- Developing professional networks
