What will you be doing?
- Power Hour: A one‑off, one‑hour session to provide tailored guidance to soon‑to‑be graduates.
- Career Mentoring: A 4‑month long mentoring relationship designed to support students with developing their career readiness. This programme runs twice in the academic year.
As a Mentor, you will support your mentee with their goals, which may include:
- Developing their interpersonal and employability skills
- Supporting their understanding of the link between academic studies and career aspirations
- Exploring career pathways and helping them plan their career goals
- Improving confidence and self‑esteem
- Developing professional networks

How it works: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a quick chat with a Mentoring Officer following which successful applicants will be required to attend a virtual training session and the onboarding process will begin.
