Located in Docklands and Stratford, the Career Zone helps students stay on track, succeed academically, and secure graduate-level employment or further study. We are dedicated to empowering our students and alumni for their future careers.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Career Zone Operations Manager, located in Greater London, with some work from home being acceptable. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Career Zone, develop strategies for student engagement, coordinate events and workshops, manage a team of career advisors, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with academic departments and external partners to enhance career services and opportunities for students and alumni.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, including managing daily operations and developing strategies
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for planning events and workshops
• Leadership skills for managing and motivating a team of career advisors
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with academic departments and external partners
• Experience in the education sector or career services is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field
