An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Performance and Operations Manager to join the Norwich Business School at the University of East Anglia. We are looking for an inspiring people leader - someone who brings energy, clear vision, and a real passion for helping others grow. In this pivotal, new role, you’ll empower colleagues, nurture a collaborative and inclusive culture, and guide our Faculty Professional Services (FPS) Team to deliver high quality support.
Working as a trusted strategic partner to Head of School and Senior Leadership Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our direction and driving meaningful organisational progress. Aligned to the Director of FPS Operations, you will support the delivery of strategic Business Partnering and continuous improvement across the Faculty Professional Service, with occasional deputising responsibilities.

This full-time post is available from 4 May 2026 on an indefinite basis.
