We are seeking to appoint organised and proactive School Administrators to join our Faculty Professional Services team.

You will provide administrative support across a range of activities. With strong written and interpersonal communication skills and good IT skills, your work will involve supporting a range of professional programmeteams alongside administrative support to Senior Academic role holders in the School.

You will help coordinate meetings, support employability initiatives, and assist with the planning and delivery of events and related activities. You will be able to manage competing priorities, work accurately to deadlines, and use your initiative while contributing positively to a busy team.

These are opportunities to join a supportive professional services team and play a key role in both the effective running and outward-facing profile of the School of Health Sciences.

We have 2 posts available immediately working either part-time (0.6 FTE or more) or full-time on a fixed term basis for 6 months (maximum 1.6 FTE available). Please state your preferred working hours in your application.
