This is an exciting opportunity to join the People and Culture Division. Working across the university, you will help colleagues develop the confidence, skills and behaviours needed to thrive in an increasingly digital and AI-enabled workplace.

You will play a central role in supporting the implementation of the Jisc Discovery Tool, analysing organisational capability needs, coordinating development activity and helping to shape a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and responsible innovation.

The role will also contribute to UEA's emerging AI capability programme, helping staff understand how AI can be used ethically, effectively and confidently to enhance productivity, improve services and support new ways of working.

You will be an experienced organisational development, learning and development, change or project professional with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for helping people develop new capabilities. You will be comfortable working across organisational boundaries, translating complex information into practical solutions and coordinating activity involving a diverse range of colleagues.

With an interest in digital capability and workforce development, strong analytical and facilitation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, you will bring experience of coordinating projects, programmes or organisational development initiatives. Experience of digital capability frameworks, higher education, AI literacy programmes or organisational change initiatives would be advantageous.

This full-time post is available on a fixed term basis for three years. UEA offers a variety of flexible working options and although this role is advertised on a full-time basis, we encourage applications from individuals who would prefer a flexible working pattern including annualised hours, compressed working hours, part time, job share, term-time only and/or hybrid working. Details of preferred hours should be stated in the personal statement and will be discussed further at interview.
