The University of East Anglia (UEA) is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie to join our large and diverse catering operation at the Campus Kitchen.
This full-time role can be offered on either a 52-week-per-year contract or a 38-week-term-time contract, providing flexibility to suit different lifestyles and career aspirations. You will prepare dishes to recipes, manage stock, minimise waste and help develop menus reflecting student and staff tastes.
