Salary on appointment will be £25,249 per annum, with an annual increment up to £26,093 per annum.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the largest in-house university catering operations in the region, supplying high-quality food to over 17,000 students, staff and visitors daily.

Responsibilities

As Chef de Partie, you will be assisting in overseeing the production of a wide range of filled flatbreads, fresh salads, baguettes, and sandwich products. All items are produced in-house to ensure freshness and quality. In addition to supporting our core retail outlets, you will also help deliver support for internal and external hospitality events, occasionally catering for groups of up to 250 guests.
