Location: Northampton NN2 6LJ

Hours: General hours of work are 48 hours per week, and it is night shift work. In addition to your 48 hours, overtime is also available.

Your role as a 12ab Trainee Traffic Management Operative

As a Key Member Of Our Team, You Will:

  • Install, maintain and remove temporary traffic management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment.
  • Undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.
  • Work towards your 12AB Skilled Worker qualification.
What are we looking for?
  • Experience: Traffic Management experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago.
  • Testing: Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results).
  • Attitude: Positive, “can-do” mindset.
  • Flexible: Can work shift patterns including weekends.
  • Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
What else would be great?
  • HGV Class 2 licence.
