Shift patterns:
- 12 days on 2 days off (work 12 days, weekend off and continue)
- 6 days on 1 day off
- Part‑time over 4 days – shift patterns of Sat‑Tue or Thurs‑Sun
- High‑speed operatives involving night shifts (requires a 12AB Lantra qualification)
