Location: Ballymoney

Must hold a full driving licence (no more than 6 points) to be eligible for this role.

General hours of work are 37.5 hours per week guaranteed, hours and shifts include days, evenings, nights and weekends with the option of overtime as required. You will also be required to be on the on-call rota.

Role Overview

As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems.
  • Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Upholding our people-first culture and contributing to our fresh cultural change program.
Requirements For Traffic Management Operative
  • Eligibility to work in UK.
  • Own transport.
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns of 12 on 2 off (every other weekend off).
  • Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months.
  • Within 1-hour driving distance from the depot.
  • Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12D M1/M2 or Unit 2. Desirable but not essential).
