Hours:

General hours are 48 per week, night shift, with additional overtime available.

Salary:

From £165.14 per shift, depending on location and experience, plus benefits and overtime.

About Us:

Chevron Traffic Management ensures safety during roadworks by setting up temporary closures, diversion routes, and pedestrian walkways. Our work is nationwide, involving cones, signage, traffic lights, and barriers. We focus on safety, innovation, and reducing our carbon footprint.

Your Role as a 12ab Traffic Management Operative:

• Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management equipment
• Conduct traffic counts, communicate with clients and subcontractors, and record near misses
• Assist and guide new trainees

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualifications: 12ab Lantra qualification
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations
• Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points; bans must have expired 5+ years ago
• Testing: Must pass drug and alcohol test
• Attitude: Positive, proactive mindset
• Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, meticulous attention to detail
