Responsibilities:
- Book appointments, greet patients and carry out an effective telephone triage booking service.
- Work both individually and within a team.
Qualifications:
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
- Computer literate.
Experience:
- Experience within a customer service setting.
- Experience of note management.
- Previous experience of working with databases and maintaining data quality.
