Personal Care Assistant required for a young man with a high level Spinal Cord Injury. The purpose of this role is to assist with all daily living tasks within the family home, where he lives independently with his partner and two young children.
Responsibilities:
- Personal care
- Preparation of food and drinks
- Assistance with eating and drinking
- Some household cleaning tasks
- Moving and handling including hoisting and regular basic physiotherapy exercises
There are an average of 17 hours per week available on a 3‑week rolling rota.
