Personal Assistant (Adult) Carlisle ILC-C-222
A friendly and sociable young lady is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to provide support with social and community activities.
The successful applicant will support a young lady in her own home and accompany her on social outings, helping her to access and enjoy activities in the local community.
The role is focused on promoting independence, confidence, and wellbeing.

Experience is welcome but a positive attitude, reliability, and good communication skills are essential.
Duties May Include:
Providing companionship and social support.
Assisting with planning and attending social outings and activities.
Supporting access to community facilities, clubs, and events.
Encouraging independence and participation in chosen activities.
Ensuring safety and wellbeing while out in the community.
Assisting with transport arrangements where required.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be reliable, trustworthy, and caring.
Have a positive and friendly approach.
Enjoy supporting people to access social opportunities.
Have good communication skills.
Be able to respect confidentiality and promote independence.
Enjoy being outside, swimming, walking going to the gym.
Experience of supporting a customer with epilepsy would be an advantage but is not essential.
