UDCS Demolition Ltd is seeking a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. Based from our Lincoln office with site visits across the UK, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of demolition projects ranging from £10,000 to £1,000,000 in value.
Key Responsibilities
- Full project financial management
- CVR preparation and cost control
- Client valuations and applications
- Change management and variation negotiation
- Subcontractor commercial management
- Forecasting and reporting into Commercial Management
You will work within a small, agile delivery team in an entrepreneurial, fast‑moving environment. This is not a layered corporate structure. You will have autonomy and responsibility.
Qualifications
We welcome applicants from demolition or wider construction backgrounds. Experience levels from developing QS to experienced QS will be considered.
