We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Resources / Library Assistant to support the provision of library services in the Learning Resources Centre (LRC) at Taunton College. The post holder will work as part of a small team undertaking a variety of administrative, e-learning and library-related activities in order to meet the information and learning needs of users. This includes the staffing of a busy issue, returns and enquiries counter.
This is a part time position working 22.5 hours per week
The successful candidate will need good interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and a flexible, adaptable and positive attitude. There may be a requirement for an occasional evening duty to support other staff.
