The post of Automotive & Engineering Technician contributes to the positive work of the College in raising aspirations of students, delivering an outstanding learning experience. Supporting all aspects of teaching, learning and assessment for the Automotive & Engineering department, the successful candidate will have Automotive experience and a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude.
You will be mainly responsible for the timely preparation and organisation of Automotive practical environments within our well‑equipped workshops, which includes the routine maintenance and development of learning materials. You need to have a good understanding of Light Vehicle fault diagnosis and repair (Training will also be provided). It is essential that you are a highly motivated, enthusiastic person with good communication and teamwork skills.
