Responsibilities
- Support a highly effective teaching, learning and assessment experience across allocated courses, programmes and subjects.
- Be part of a successful team of staff to contribute to the college’s expectations of quality.
- Provide pastoral support for learners where appropriate, including roles such as a personal tutor in addition to academic teaching, learning and assessment.

- Motivated, enthusiastic, and a strong team player who strives to deliver the best outcomes and maximise learners’ progress toward timely success.
- Industry experience in beauty and the ability to add variety to the college’s beauty offer.
- Flexibility to adapt to the various levels and needs of learners.
