Salary and Hours: £23,136 per annum (Actual) £26,101 per annum Scale 4 FTE. Plus 20.3% Employer pension Contribution. Hours - full time.

Responsibilities: The Student Experience Officer will lead the development, delivery and promotion of student-led clubs and societies, working closely with the Students’ Union to ensure all learners across UCS College Group have equitable access to enriching opportunities that promote personal growth, leadership, and community engagement. The role includes coordinating college Student Experience opportunities and EDI initiatives, supervising the Students’ Union space to promote a safe and inclusive environment, and providing tailored wellbeing mentoring to support individual student needs, ensuring students are connected to appropriate specialist services when required.
