The Student Experience Officer will lead the development, delivery, and promotion of student‑led clubs and societies, working closely with the Students’ Union to ensure all learners across UCS College Group have equitable access to enriching opportunities that promote personal growth, leadership, and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate college Student Experience opportunities and EDI initiatives.
- Supervise the Students’ Union space to promote a safe and inclusive environment.
- Provide tailored wellbeing mentoring to support individual student needs.
- Ensure students are connected to appropriate specialist services when required.
