We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Part Time Learning Coach to join our award-winning team. The successful candidate will join our Apprenticeships & Workforce Skills Area and will work closely with colleagues across the whole department, to coordinate outstanding Reviews and ALS specifically literacy and numeracy in a classroom, which supports learners to achieve timely success.
Remuneration and Hours
Salary £19,888 - £21,160 per annum (Actual), £26,758 - £28,470 per annum (Scale 5), Full Time Equivalent (FTE). Plus 20.3% Employer pension Contribution. Basis: Part time Contractual hours: 18 per week.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with apprentices, employers, and delivery teams to support learner progress.
- Coordinate reviews and provide targeted literacy and numeracy support.
- Help apprentices successfully complete their programmes, working with employers across the region.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Confidence using digital systems.
- A passion for supporting learning and achievement.
- Accounting knowledge is essential.
- Experience working with apprentices or employers would be beneficial.
