The Facilities & Maintenance Team is a critical front-line team providing a proactive support service ensuring high quality maintenance and orderliness throughout the College. The team also ensures the safety and safeguarding of all students, staff and visitors.

There is also a requirement to be on-call on a rota basis for one week at a time. An on-call payment of £150 will be paid for each rota week, and an additional fixed payment of £60 will be paid for each call-out.

An exciting new position has arisen within the Facilities and Maintenance Team based at Strode College - Street. The Team Leader role will take a proactive role in ensuring that the team operates in an efficient and effective manner at all times and maintains a customer focussed approach in all that it does.
