The Facilities & Maintenance Team is a critical front-line team providing a proactive support service ensuring high quality maintenance and orderliness throughout the College. The team also ensure the safety and safeguarding of all students, staff and visitors.
Based at Strode College, the role will take a proactive role in ensuring the college operates in an efficient and effective manner at all times, maintaining a customer focussed approach in all aspects of the role.
There is also a requirement to be on-call on a rota basis for one week at a time. An on-call payment of £150 will be paid for each rota’d week, and an additional fixed payment of £60 will be paid for each call-out.
