The UCS College Group invites applications for a School Transitions Officer to collaborate with local schools and agencies, supporting young people to transition into college and enhancing recruitment, progression and retention while ensuring an inclusive learner experience.
You will build strong relationships with schools, parents, and stakeholders to coordinate structured transition pathways for learners with SEND and EHCPs, arrange tasters, and participate in EHCP reviews to tailor guidance.
