Managing the departments provision at UCS College Group provides a unique opportunity for an ambitious, forward-thinking, creative and hard-working professional. This provision is leading the way in innovation, scale and quality of training predominantly within the fields of Energy, Power and Nuclear, developing and delivering a wide range of programmes with key partnerships within these sectors.
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to continue the ongoing development of this provision, deliver a world class customer experience and deliver the College Group priorities for this exceptional investment.
As the Business Operations Manager, you will drive and represent the success of the department and its impact nationally and regionally, delivering high quality, responsive skills solutions to the sector. Working as an integral part of the department management team, you will demonstrate your management skills in an exciting, dynamic environment, ensuring the whole department operates effectively for candidates and employers whilst working with immediate colleagues and those across the College Group.
