We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Learning Coach/Mentor to join our award-winning team at UCS College Group. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues, to coordinate outstanding Reviews and ALS, which supports learners to achieve timely success.
Working with some of the largest employers across the region as well as numerous local SMEs, the post holder will join us at an exciting time as we support our employer partners to build the workforce they need for the future.
We are seeking a proactive person with exceptional interpersonal skills to support apprentices, the delivery team, and employers. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration and digital skills, with a dedicated and flexible approach to working, to ensure high levels of achievement for our learners.
