UCS College Group is seeking a Deputy Head of Department to design and deliver excellent provision in Land-based and wider clean energy curriculum, including apprenticeships.
You will lead curriculum teams, coordinate operations, and work with employers and the College Management Team to advance strategic aims and KPIs.
The role requires a proactive, experienced practitioner able to develop teaching initiatives, manage people, and strengthen links with industry partners across the UK.
