Overview

Join to apply for the Course Leader Level 3 Protective Services & 999 Academy role at UCS College Group. You will be responsible for the overall management, delivery, and performance of internal verification and quality assurance for the Level 3 Protective Services provision at Bridgwater College. This role also includes the joint leadership of our extracurricular programme, the 999 Academy. While primarily based at Bridgwater College the successful candidate will be expected to teach across the UCS College Group as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, deliver, and monitor internal verification and quality assurance for the Level 3 Protective Services provision at Bridgwater College.
  • Jointly lead the 999 Academy extracurricular programme.
  • Teach across the UCS College Group as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure learners understand career expectations in Uniformed Protective Services.
  • Proactively grow links with local, regional, and national external agencies.
  • Contribute to innovative teaching approaches to improve teaching, learning, assessment techniques and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Pre-requisite experience within the Protective Services sector.
  • Ability to bring the curriculum to life through practical and engaging learning.
