The role focuses on safeguarding for residential learners and mentoring students to achieve targets, with a 4-on/4-off pattern and 09:00–20:40 shifts.
Salary £25,906–£27,602 per annum (actual £29,226–£31,139 FTE) plus a generous pension contribution and hybrid working opportunities.
