The post-holder will be motivated and enthusiastic and a strong team player who strives to deliver the best possible outcomes for our learners by maximising their potential to make positive progress towards timely success. The ideal candidate will have some industry experience and be flexible in your approach to adapt to the various levels and needs of learners. You will be expected to IQA a range of student portfolios and assessments to ensure they meet the College and Awarding Body quality requirements while working with a successful team of staff to contribute to the college’s expectations of quality.
