The predicted salary is between 39302 - 45250 £ per year.

To lead and deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment for A Level Biology, ensuring outstanding student progress, achievement and progression. The role has the flexibility of being filled as either a .8 fractional, or full-time, position. If a full-time role was sought, there would additionally be the opportunity to deliver GCSE Biology.

The post-holder will be motivated and enthusiastic and a strong team player who strives to deliver the best possible outcomes for our learners by maximising their potential to make positive progress towards timely success. The ideal candidate will have some relevant vocational experience and a good understanding of the scientific sector, recent industry developments and relevant employment and progression opportunities.

You will be expected to co-ordinate a highly effective teaching, learning and assessment experience across both years of A Level Biology, act as an A Level personal tutor and contribute to the wider A Level enrichment programme, alongside adhering to the college’s rigorous quality monitoring measures.

Salary: £39,302 - £45,250 per annum Plus 28.7% Employer pension Contribution.
