We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to join our high performing Marketing Team. Reporting to the Group Director of Marketing & Student Recruitment, you will lead on the development, implementation and management of the Brand and Digital Marketing Strategy, across UCS College Group, including our four colleges and University Centre Somerset.
As the organisation’s brand champion, you will drive brand awareness, strengthen reputation and ensure a consistent brand presence across all marketing, communications and digital channels. You will oversee the delivery of digital marketing campaigns that support student recruitment, engagement and growth objectives, and enhance the customer journey across all touchpoints.
You will lead the planning and execution of design, creative content, and digital marketing activities, using data insight to continuously optimise our digital presence. The successful candidate will have experience of brand and digital marketing, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality digital campaigns that achieve ambitious targets.
Strong stakeholder management skills, commercial awareness and a passion for brand development and digital innovation are essential.
