We are seeking someone who takes pride in providing an accurate, effective and efficient administrative service, has a positive attitude and can work both independently and as part of a team. The post holder will be engaged in ensuring efficient and effective administration processes are utilised to support the College, working closely with the Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator and the college admin team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and effective administration processes are utilised to support the College.
  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator and the college admin team.
  • Provide excellent customer service internally and externally to represent the College.

Requirements

  • Confidence in all forms of communication.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Part‑time role: 18.5 hours per week.

Salary and Working Hours

  • £12,469 per annum (Actual)
  • £24,938 per annum (FTE, Scale 2)
  • Plus 20.3% Employer pension contribution
  • Contractual hours: 18.5 per week
  • Preferred working pattern: 08:30‑12:15 Monday‑Thursday, 08:30‑12:00 Friday (other arrangements may be considered; please indicate preferred pattern in your personal statement).
