We are seeking someone who takes pride in providing an accurate, effective and efficient administrative service, has a positive attitude and can work both independently and as part of a team. The post holder will be engaged in ensuring efficient and effective administration processes are utilised to support the College, working closely with the Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator and college admin team.

The successful candidate will be confident in all forms of communication, proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel etc) and able to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally to represent the College.

The required working pattern is 08:30 to 11:30, Monday to Friday. This is a Part Time role.
