The successful candidate will ideally hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent and have strong experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. Previous experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner or Third in Charge would be particularly beneficial. You will have a thorough understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development, alongside excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
