UCM Recruitment

We are looking for an experienced Senior Early Years Practitioner to join a nursery setting in Hammersmith & Fulham, West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and experienced Early Years professional looking to take on more responsibility within a nursery environment, support the wider team, help maintain high standards of care and education, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.

You will be:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery and maintaining effective routines.

  • Guiding, mentoring, and supporting Early Years practitioners.

  • Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.

  • Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

  • Helping maintain high-quality practice and Ofsted-ready standards.

  • Building positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues.

  • Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are consistently followed.

The successful candidate will have strong Early Years experience, a good understanding of the EYFS framework, and the confidence to take on additional responsibilities.
