We are looking for a caring and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery setting in Wandsworth. This is a full-time position within a supportive, year-round nursery environment that is committed to providing high standards of childcare and early years education in line with the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements.
You will be:
- Delivering high-quality childcare and early years education
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Planning and supporting age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Acting as a Key Person and supporting children’s development and wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and passionate about early years education. The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting. A good understanding of child development, safeguarding, and the EYFS framework is essential.
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), working on a shift rota basis, excluding Bank Holidays.
