We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team at a group of inclusive schools in Lambeth, supporting children and young people aged 4–16 across Primary, Secondary, and specialist ASD settings.

This is a full-time position working in welcoming, well-resourced schools that are committed to providing a high-quality, nurturing education for all pupils—including those with autism, learning difficulties, and additional needs.

You will be:

Supporting or delivering teaching across a range of key stages (EYFS to KS4)
Working collaboratively with experienced teachers, SEN professionals, and therapy teams
Helping pupils develop key skills in communication, independence, and emotional regulation
Engaging with individualised learning plans and autism-specific approaches
Playing a key role in schools that prioritise creativity, wellbeing, and inclusive education

We are looking for someone who is proactive, patient, and genuinely passionate about supporting children with additional needs. While prior SEN experience is an advantage, full training will be provided—and we welcome applicants with relevant transferable skills (e.g. youth work, care work, or support roles).
