We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants and Midday Meal Supervisors to join a welcoming primary SEN school in the borough of Lambeth, supporting pupils with a range of complex needs including Autism (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).

Whether you are seeking flexible daily supply, a long-term assignment, or part-time work during school hours, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that puts pupils' wellbeing and development first.

Roles available:

  • SEN Teaching Assistants (Daily supply & Long-term: 8.20am - 4pm)
    • Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups
    • Assist with learning, behaviour, and emotional needs
    • Help deliver sensory, therapeutic, and communication-based activities
    • Support pupils with personal care
  • Midday Meal Supervisors (10am-2pm or 11:30am-2pm)
    • Support children during lunch and playtime
    • Encourage positive interaction and communication
    • Provide assistance with feeding and mobility where needed
    • Ensure safety and engagement in the dining hall and playground

We are looking for:

  • Experience working with children with ASD, SLD, or PMLD (school, care, or community settings)
  • A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach
  • Willingness to support with personal care and mobility
  • A strong team player with a genuine passion for SEN
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
