We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to join a well-established early years setting in Ealing. This is a full-time, permanent role, offering the opportunity to lead a nursery team and oversee the delivery of high-quality childcare and education in line with the EYFS framework.
You will be:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery to ensure smooth operations
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Early Years practitioners and room leaders
- Ensuring compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements
- Managing staff rotas, recruitment support, supervision, and performance reviews
- Monitoring planning, observations, and assessments to maintain high-quality learning outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records, policies, and administrative documentation
- Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies
The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare and have proven leadership or management experience within a UK nursery or early years setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation, and Ofsted inspection requirements is essential.
