We are looking for a caring and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery setting in Havering. This is a full‐time position within a supportive, year‐round nursery environment that is committed to providing high standards of childcare and early years education in line with the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high‐quality childcare and early years education
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Planning and supporting age‐appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Acting as a Key Person and supporting children's development and wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and have at least two years' experience working within an early years setting. A strong understanding of child development, the EYFS framework, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding legislation is essential.
