We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established private nursery in Lewisham . This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional looking to join a welcoming and supportive setting where children’s development, wellbeing and learning are at the heart of the provision. The nursery offers a five-day working week, alongside excellent training and career development opportunities. You will be: * Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS * Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play * Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children * Supporting children’s individual development, learning and wellbeing * Acting as a key person and developing positive relationships with children and their families * Completing observations and assessments to monitor and support children’s progress * Promoting high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and inclusive practice * Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistently high standards of care * Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery and contributing to a positive team environment The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. You will have a strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development, with excellent communication and teamwork skills and a genuine passion for supporting young children to thrive.
