UCM Education is seeking a Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to start ASAP or September in Harrow.
This is a long-term, full-time role with Monday to Friday duties, supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
You will work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to help pupils reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will have SEN experience, strong behaviour management, patience and resilience, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
