We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a welcoming early years setting in Ealing. This is a full-time, permanent role within a supportive nursery environment that is committed to delivering high-quality childcare and education in line with the EYFS framework.
You will be:
- Supporting the learning and development of young children in line with the EYFS
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Planning and supporting age-appropriate activities
- Acting as a Key Person and supporting children’s wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding, and health and safety
The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and have at least two years’ experience working within an early years setting. A strong understanding of child development, the EYFS framework, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding legislation is essential.
