We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Year 3 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Ealing from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced primary teacher who is confident leading a classroom and delivering high-quality teaching across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

The successful candidate will join a supportive school environment and play an important role in helping pupils build strong academic foundations while developing their confidence and independence.

You will be

  • Teaching a Year 3 class within a mainstream primary school setting
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Differentiating learning to meet the needs and abilities of all pupils
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
  • Maintaining high standards of behaviour and creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Building strong relationships with pupils and encouraging their confidence and independence
  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and the wider school team
  • Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school and participating in school activities and events

The successful candidate will

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have at least 2 years' teaching experience within a mainstream primary school
  • Have already successfully completed their Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction
  • Have strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and Key Stage 2
  • Be confident in planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons
  • Have strong classroom xgikmsk management and communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate a consistent commitment to pupil progress and achievement
  • Work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the wider school community
