UCL is seeking a Records Administrator to undertake a retention review of physical records in semi-current storage, liaising with departments to ensure safe and timely destruction. You will check department checklists, identify expired records using the Records Retention Schedule, arrange destruction with the warehouse team, and compile reports to support oversight and monitor progress. This role requires adherence to Health and Safety regulations and an emphasis on sustainability values.
