The predicted salary is between 20250 - 24750 Β£ per year.

Main purpose of the job

To undertake a retention review of physical records in semi-current storage, liaising with departments to ensure safe and timely destruction.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Check box lists for all our departments
  • Identify 'expired' records, using our Records Retention Schedule
  • Liaise with departments as necessary
  • Arrange destruction with warehouse team
  • Compile reports to support oversight and monitor progress.

  • Maintain an awareness and observation of Health and Safety Regulations and undertake Fire Marshal duties after appropriate training.
  • Follow and actively promote Ways of Working.
  • Takes responsibility to carry out duties in a way that embodies our environmental and social sustainability values, actively supporting Sustainability Strategy, policies and objectives within the remit of their role.
  • Carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager.
