About the role
Please note this is a fixed-term opportunity until December 31st. We are seeking an HR Services Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Team within HR Services. Reporting to the HR Services Compliance Manager, you will support the delivery of a high-quality compliance service across a range of HR activities, including Right to Work checks, UKVI sponsorship compliance, DBS checks, GDPR requirements, and HR data management. You will provide guidance on compliance processes, maintain accurate records, monitor key compliance activities, support recruitment processes, and contribute to projects that enhance HR systems and services. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about compliance, data accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About you
You are a proactive and highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and compliant HR services. You have experience working in an administrative or HR environment and are confident managing sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build effective working relationships and provide clear guidance to a wide range of stakeholders. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, analysing information, and working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. Most importantly, you are committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with changes in legislation, policy, and best practice to support the delivery of an outstanding compliance service.
